Privacy

These sites use no cookies, analytics or ads. Below I describe what data still comes up and what happens to it.

This is a translation. If it differs from the Polish version, the Polish version applies.

Who is responsible for the data

The data controller is Adam Tomaś. For anything about your data, write to aex.tomas@gmail.com.

This notice covers doner.cloud and ui.doner.cloud (the demo of the doner-tiles-ui library). The services linked from here (urlhub.cloud, kosmos.info.pl, slonce.info.pl, rezerwi.pl) have their own privacy pages.

Cookies and browser storage

The sites store no cookies or other data (such as localStorage) in your browser and load nothing from other services. doner.cloud has no scripts at all. ui.doner.cloud has a demo script that changes the look of the examples and loads CSS files from the same server; it runs only in your browser and sends nothing.

CSS files on other sites

Anyone may include the stylesheets from ui.doner.cloud/styles/ in their own site. Then the browser of a person visiting that site downloads the file from this server, through the Cloudflare network, and so passes on its IP address. I do not record these downloads and do not learn which site they come from; the same rules as for the server logs and Cloudflare below apply to them.

Server logs

The server does not record visits or file downloads. It records only errors (for example failed connections), and an error entry may contain the IP address and the date of the request. Such entries serve only to keep the site working and secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted after 30 days.

Where the site runs

The server runs in an OVHcloud data centre in France (European Union), on my behalf. I do not sell data, do not profile visitors and make no automated decisions about them.

Cloudflare

Traffic to the sites goes through the Cloudflare network, which protects them from attacks and makes them faster (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes the IP address and technical request data as described in its privacy policy. The company is based in the USA and transfers data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Emails

If you write to me, your email address and the message are used only to reply and continue the conversation (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Email runs on Google’s Gmail service. I keep messages as long as the conversation needs them, and I will delete them if you ask.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing and to object. You can also complain to the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (uodo.gov.pl).
